I happened to find these guys online and called to see if they could help me fix our security cameras at our senior living community. Our Hik vision NVR system stopped working. I tried and tried to fix it, calling Hik vision and our ISP over and over again. Hik vision district manager Manuel called Chris of Safeguard security cameras. Chris drove an hour to our house, figured out the problem was with our ISP. Chris got our system up and running in two modes we can easily use. We rate Hik vision and Safeguard security camera a full five stars and a bonus extra star to Chris who went out of his way to help us.
