I happened to find these guys online and called to see if they could help me fix our security cameras at our senior living community. Best security company out there! I recently started a small business and was looking for security cameras to provide security and safety for my store, myself, and my employees. I sent Safeguard a copy of our floor plan and location map, and they came up with the perfect solution that covered all the important areas at a great cost under what we had budgeted. They installed our cameras quickly and did a great job. All of the cables were concealed and everything was set up so easily. I have an HD DVR and 6 camera system, with amazing crystal clear picture quality, that I can view on my screen at my store or on my phone from anywhere in the world! It was such a comfort recently when I was in Italy to open my phone 24/7 and see everything going on at my business from the other side of the world. Our Hik vision NVR system stopped working. I tried and tried to fix it, calling Hik vision and our ISP over and over again. Hik vision district manager Manuel called Chris of Safeguard security cameras. Chris drove an hour to our house, figured out the problem was with our ISP. Chris got our system up and running in two modes we can easily use. We rate Hik vision and Safeguard security camera a full five stars and a bonus extra star to Chris who went out of his way to help us.
